Guidelines for improvement projects and exterior changes are detailed in the
attached Guidelines. The Weatherstone Architectural Guidelines have been created
to protect the value and desirability of property located in Weatherstone.
Any homeowner desiring to make any exterior change, improvements, or addition to
his/her home or grounds including but not limited to, adding a fence, wall, structure,
play set, major landscaping or any change in color, must obtain prior approval from
the Board of Trustees. Applications will be considered and evaluated based on
community guidelines and requirements. Improvement Application
